Kimo not dead after all?

Kevin Iole of Yahoo Sports is reporting that Kimo Leopoldo is alive, according to his attorneys.

TMZ, The NY Daily News and the OC Register reported his death earlier today.

Here is the article on yahoo! sports. I guess we will have to wait on official word from Leopoldo himself to confirm his status.
