It’s official, Rich Franklin will square off against Wanderlei Silva at UFC 99: The Comeback.
This will be the first time the UFC will hold an event in Germany. The event will take place at the Lanxess Arena in Cologne on Saturday, June 13th.
This is an important bout for both fighters; both Rich and Wanderlei are coming off of losses. Rich Franklin is coming off of a close split decision loss to Dan Henderson, while Silva is coming off of a brutal left hook knockout from the fist of Quinton “Rampage” Jackson.
