Here are some photographs from today’s training session in which New York Titans lacrosse stars Ryan Boyle (gold shirt) and Jordan Hall (gray shirt) learned some fight tips and strategies from mixed martial arts and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu expert Renzo Gracie of the International Fight League.

Boyle and Hall trained with Gracie for 90 minutes Wednesday at the IFL star’s gym on 30th street in Manhattan and picked up some tips on mixed martial arts and self-defense techniques.

“Renzo is a legend in mixed martial arts and is in fights and implements self defense every day of his life,” said Boyle. “It’s good to have a tip or two in my back pocket just in case it is needed.”

Said Gracie, “Ryan and Jordan are tough kids and good athletes, who now know a trick or two about how to defend themselves with or without sticks or helmets. Let’s see who tries to mess with them now, they are now part of my team too.”

Gracie and his IFL New squad will next compete at the Izod Center on Friday, April 4. For details go to www.ifl.tv .

I am new to building web sites and I was wondering if
having your site title relevant to your content really that important?
I notice your title, “Photos from Renzo Gracie?s training session in which New York Titans lacrosse stars Ryan Boyle and Jordan Hall | Inside the Octagon ” does
appear to be spot on with what your website is about however,
I prefer to keep my title less content descriptive and based more around site branding.
Would you think this is a good idea or bad idea?
Any kind of assistance would be greatly valued.

With havin so much content and articles do you ever run into any
problems of plagorism or copyright violation?
My website has a lot of exclusive content I’ve either created myself or outsourced but it appears a lot of it is popping it up all over the web without my authorization. Do you know any techniques to help protect against content from being ripped off? I’d truly
    appreciate it.

First of all I would like to say wonderful blog! I had a quick question that I’d like to ask if you do not mind.
I was curious to know how you center yourself and clear your head before writing.
I have had difficulty clearing my thoughts in getting my ideas out there.
I do take pleasure in writing however it just seems like the
first 10 to 15 minutes are usually wasted simply just trying to figure out how to begin.
Any recommendations or tips? Appreciate it!
